Meet Gemma – Specialist Psychologist and ADHD Coach

Gemma is a registered general and sports psychologist, fluent in English and Spanish, with qualifications in ADHD coaching and over 15 years’ experience across Europe and Australia.

She is passionate about helping clients discover their strengths, overcome mental roadblocks, and reach their goals in sport and life.

Qualifications include:

  • Psychology Degree (Spain, 2006)
  • Master’s in Sport Psychology (UNED, Spain)
  • Registered in Europe & Australia
  • International ADHD Coaching Certification (ADDCA)

What areas does Always Flying Psychology service?

We offer support to clients across the Central Coast, including Umina Beach, Woy Woy, Gosford, Ettalong, Kariong and surrounding areas. Online appointments are also available Australia-wide.

Do you offer sport psychology for elite athletes?

Yes. Gemma specialises in programs for elite athletes, young athletes, and teams. Support includes performance mindset coaching, stress management, recovery from injury, and competition readiness.

Can I access psychology through Medicare or NDIS?

Yes. You can receive up to 10 sessions annually with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. NDIS funding is also accepted for eligible participants.

How does ADHD coaching work?

ADHD coaching helps you identify and overcome executive functioning challenges. Sessions are client-led, informative, and include neurocognitive training using BodyWave technology.

Do you provide support for parents of young athletes?

Absolutely. We offer sessions to help parents understand their role in their child’s sporting journey and how to positively support their mental and emotional development.
