Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, otherwise known as BPPV, is a common condition causing dizziness and is regularly misdiagnosed. You may be suffering from BPPV if you have experienced:

·         dizzy spells

·         vertigo

·         nausea

·         poor balance

·         sensation of the world spinning

This condition is often brought on by simple acts of getting in and out of bed, rolling over in bed, or tilting your head to look back. Once correctly diagnosed, BPPV can be treated simply and effectively by our physiotherapists.
